What I liked

Domestic staff in northey wing were fantastic and the staff in the coronary care unit were caring and dedicated

What could be improved

Unfortunately the staff in northy wing let it down with a big bang. They do not talk to the patients spending most of the time round the nursing station. Pharmacists who take it upon themselves to change medications without discussing it with consultants, deciding to stop medication because it was expensive even though the pct had agreed to fund it. After the disagreement I was sent to coventry (yes I was a patient in hospital, its the caring profession). although still on a nitrate infusion one of the nurses cut the observations from 4 hrly to daily.

I am very sorry to read about the experience that you had when you were an inpatient at Epsom Hospital.
