"Staff at Harrogate District"

About: Harrogate District Hospital

(as the patient),

A lovely little hospital. You do not have to walk around for what feels like hours on end, trying to find where you should be.

The place is spotless which, I am sorry to say, some of the larger hospitals are not. Everyone is helpful, cheerful and polite. The little cafe sells lovely bacon butties, pity I was on starvation diet today! No-one is too busy to help.

It may take an extra hour in the morning traffic to get there but it's worth it. An added advantage of course, in good weather, the lovely ride back home. Thank you to my doctor for suggesting I go there in the first place.

Dear Wend

Thank you for taking the time to post your very kind feedback.

I am delighted to learn that you had a good experience of our Hospital and would recommend it to others. As a Trust we believe that you matter most and this is something we expect our staff to reflect. I am pleased that this was true in your case.
