"A+E Visit"

My visit to A+E on the 27th April 2014 went beyond my expectations, my skin condition had been continually fobbed off by my GP and I was struggling to cope. All the staff in the department were very friendly especially staff nurse who was the first to examine me, very friendly and thorough she out me at ease. I cannot put into words how brilliant the doctor was, I felt like I was finally being taken seriously and he genuinely cared, he took blood as close to being painless as possible and throughout the wait for the results he kept checking on me in the waiting room, he explained the diagnosis and treatment to me brilliantly! I hope this review does get back to him as he deserves a special mention for going what I believe is above and beyond what was necessary in what must be an incredibly busy and stressful environment he never made me feel rushed or unimportant, I can't praise him highly enough
