About: Kettering General Hospital

After being sent from pillar to post trying to get answers regarding my mother in law's out patient appointment I consulted the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at Kettering on 22/4/14. This service is fantastic . The lady I spoke to returned my calls when she said she would and sorted the appointment for the following week. I would highly recommend this service to patients and relatives! The NHS at its best! Thank you.
