"Excellent Treatment"

I attended this hospital as a daycase patient and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were very professional as well as friendly and caring. The room and facilities were amazing and spacious. I was kept informed all the way along as to what would be happening and when. There were no long delays or hanging around to see doctors or waiting on prescriptions when waiting to leave. I was very nervous about going in but feel that I was made as comfortable as possible. One of the best things that I've never come across before was when you first arrive for your outpatient appt you have your photo taken. Then when the consultant calls you in he knows who to approach rather than coming out and calling your name to the whole room. Its little things like that that are very impressive.
