What I liked
The surgeons at the fractures clinic seemed clued-up, as did my physiotherapist.
I got a physiotherapy appointment very quickly.
What could be improved
Four weeks between appointments at the fractures clinic was too much. It was very hard to contact the fractures clinic by phone. They said they would try to answer calls in working hours -- they didn't. They said they would return calls within 24 hours -- they didn't.
Making physiotherapy patients stand in a queue to see the receptionist seems a bit mad -- half of us were on crutches!
Anything else?
A few more smiles would have been nice. (That's at the fractures clinic -- at physiotherapy they're all delightful.)
