"Attended review for my Mother"

My Mother was referred to due to abnormalities the GP found on an xray. My Mother was informed by the GP that this could be very serious. Hence we were very apprehensive attending the appointment. The staff in the clinic who received us were polite and friendly. The consultation with the Consultant was excellent in that, he completely put us at ease, was calm, respectful and explained the forthcoming process very clearly. My Mother had to have an investigation in the evening at the Churchill in the radiology department, again the staff were friendly and put Mum at ease. Following this appointment the consultant contacted my Mother to inform her of the results - which my Mother found extremely reassuring. Thank you very much
