My Nana is currently on Ward 17 and I can only describe her care as total incompetence. There is a major lack of communication and continuity for patients and their families. They have no respect for the families and fib off any questions that you have to ask regarding the patients care. If it hadn't been for a family visit last night I can't imagine what would have happened to her. I feel sorry for any elderly person with no one to fight their corner being admitted to this ward. Scunthorpe General Hospital are an utter disgrace and u can't believe we pay good taxes for this service.
