"Treatment of Injury in Hospital"

I was involved in an accident which resulted in my admission to the hospital for a 14 day period from 12th April till 26th April. I underwent 2 operations in this time period due to my injuries sustained. May I take this opportunity to thank all the staff from the surgeons,theatre staff, nurses,basically everybody at the hospital. My treatment was first class. After my initial admission to the hospital I was admitted to ward D43, and stayed there for a few days after my initial operation. I was then transferred to recovery ward D42. The quality of care in both wards was second to none, the nursing staff both very caring and very pleasant in what can be a stressful job from what I witnessed due to the care required by the patients. I can only offer in gratitude my thanks and highest praise for everyone involved in my care for my duration at the hospital.
