"recent A and E visit"

About: New Cross Hospital

Attended A and E yesterday as an Emergency. I was looked after, with great respect and dignity. The staff in this department are very efficient, caring and supportive. I was in bay 6 and was looked after by a nurse. Fantastic support given both to myself and my daughter. She looked after us until I was taken to C21 for the next stage of my care. My bay was spotless and this gave me reassurance especially after all the 'scary' stories of local hospitals lately. Thank you
