"Outpatients Services"

Recently had to go to the Tunbridge Wells Hospital for Outpatients services, what a delight. Automated service (with a pleasant human face at each state) kept moving though the system from the memento I arrived until the moment I left, this included - check in x2, nurse assessment and bloods. It was like being in Disney Land, although I was in a queue of sorts I constantly felt I was moving forward. Hospital was spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Well done NHS!
