"fathers care on bolton ward and byland ward..."

About: Harrogate District Hospital

my father was addmitted due to an terminal illness and whilst on bolton ward bay1 a member of staff was rude and shouting at my father who at the tiime was very confused ,if that wasn`t bad enough they had two people of the same surname in the adjoining beds and they mixed up the notes !!!,it was a relief when he was moved to byland ward only for us to be told he fell out of bed but of course it was not there fault !!!! he was transferred to a local hospital and has recieve fantastic care since ,i only hope that he does not have to go back to this dreadful ward
