What I liked
The A&E staff and nurses on the wards. Its a shame about everything else
What could be improved
Many things. From my partner being told I was not admitted, then told I was on one ward only to be found on another, things didnt look good. Medical notes went missing, I was scheduled for tests I'd had done previously. Appointments were made and cancelled, I felt that everyone in the hospital was doing 'their little bit' and not communicating with each other or working together.
Anything else?
Yes. I would have liked to have a bath or wash during my one stay, sadly this wasn't to be. A staff nurse had chained their bike to one of the patient baths, and the sinks were missing plugs or taps.
