What could be improved

Nurses seemed disinterested in my Father's condition after he was admitted via ambulance. He was in acute pain but our concerns were dismissed. Eventually on change of shift a little more interest was shown.

Anything else?

If my Father's condition had been taken more seriously he may have lived!
