Great Staff and very good care. Buckinghamshire Complex Needs Service is an invaluable service that provides an intensive therapeutic environment whereby long term changes and recovery are made possible. The concept of recovery is especially important for those who have been in the mental health system for many years and have been labelled untreatable or difficult.

A real life changing opportunity for those willing to work hard.

To me this is an invaluable Mental Health Service. I was shocked to hear that funding has been cut by more than 50%. This service saves money in the long term as it helps people move towards recovery and all that that entails. ie. employment, reduced usage of A&E/crisis team/GP/Sickness Benefits/Medication. Also it is the only proven effective treatment in the area for people with personality disorders. It was set up 10 years ago because there was gap in treatment for this group of service users so why they are not putting more money into it instead of less is beyond belief.
