"Problems with repeat prescription"

(as the patient),

The surgery continuously messes up a simple repeat prescription for one item, ordered using the repeat prescription service on their own website. Every month now it seems there is an issue for one reason or another.

I would go on to the automatic ordering system, which they did for me once, but neglected to tell me they transferred me over. Also, with that system, I am tied into picking up prescriptions from the surgery and I have to use cash to pay.
