I was admitted as an emergency on Sunday 16 February 2014, having suffered a fall (I am 88 years old) and had an operation the following day to remove two blood clots from my brain (which entailed two holes being drilled in my head!) Everything went very smoothly and I have made a very good recovery. I am most grateful to the consultant surgeon, and his team, not forgetting the excellent nursing staff, for their fabulous skill, care and expertise.
"Fabulous treatment and care"
