"Higly Satisfied"

My father Terence was admitted to Stepping Hill, Ward D4, with a badly broken shoulder, the situation was made bearable for me by the diligent & caring staff all levels communicate particularly well on this ward, staff morale's good & this transposes to offer the ultimate level of support, they continually monitor the situation to quickly identify any concerns. The Doctor was good enough to phone me to explain certain options again excellent as did the surgeon, so very much a team effort here. A big and special thanks to all those lovely staff on D4
