"appalling treatment urology team"

I have been a patient of The Royal Derby Urology team for 2 and a half years. . I thought I was receiving great care until my last 2 visits one by a consultant and one by the specialist urology nurse both who couldn't have actually got me out the door fast enough. They basically said I had to put up with never passing urine again..I went to see my gp who was as annoyed with me being fobbed off as I was. She has since referred me to a different hospital and I am now having to face surgery miles away from home and my family all it would have taken was one simple test to find out what is causing my problem. I hope the 2 people in question are proud of themselves for treating me this way as I will never forget that they have treated me like a second class citizen.
