This was my first time to this hospital and i can tell you this i will never go back. I came in with gastroenteritis with one complication i have blood disorder which it affects the immune system. The first point i would say the lack of courtesy by not even being able to spell my name correct (it only has 2 syllables). When i finally got seen they were unable to provide any helpful advice about how to treat me with low platelet count and didn't even diagnose what was causing the gastroenteritis. After being neglected for several hours the blood results came back and after the doctor was unwilling to take my advice (someone who has lived with the disorder for 26 years) he choose to give me a dose steroids and send me on my way at 2:30 in the morning. The problem with this is when your platelet count is only 1 (normally should be in the hundreds) your body is unable to protect from any other virus which is potentially life threatening and this hospital sent me on my way with nothing more a pat on the back and if you start bleeding internal i was aloud to come back...
"worse A&E ever!"
