(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Keith has enjoyed coming to Lawrence Day Service - Newark & Sherwood on Tuesdays. He feels it has helped him to cope with life better, also meeting new people, gets him out of the house, gives him something to get up for in the winter months.

I’m Keith’s wife. I cannot thank the staff enough. They really are great people. They do a very good job. They make you feel like friends. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for your feedback about the Lawrence Unit and how much your husband enjoyed attending. I have forwarded your posting to the Team Leader and requested that she share these with all members of the team.

Your comments come at a significant time as we have just commenced a review of the Day Services and are considering what steps can be taken to improve the care and support provided to patients and their carers. Once again thank you for your positive comments.
