"failings in mental health co-operation"

About: West Park Hospital

i am my son's appointee, and he has mental health problems. when he was discharged last year there were promises of C.B.T., psychological diagnosis and treatment. none has materialised. when i recently enquired about psychology, i was told 'we'd love to do this, but unfortunately we don't have a psychologist at the moment, and don't know when we'll have one!!! ' if this is care in the community then you can keep it. i also found the crisis team very brusque and unhelpful there job being to @keep people out of hospital' we surely know our relatives better than they do, and know when real crisis point has been reached. 24/7 healthcare what a joke!!!
