"Excellent treatment but long wait and no report..."

About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

I was referred to the Charles Clifford for a full assessment re restorative dentistry after problems. The treatment I received was excellent and I was fully involved in the assessment and recommendations. However a three month wait ended only with a cancellation appointment and the promised letter both to me and my dentist had not arrived some six weeks later, compromising the necessary treatment. Chasing this, the hospital was not taking calls as all staff were engaged!! Actual treatment was not available at Charles Clifford. An excellent facility, but clear administrative issues.
