"Couldnt believe how good the care was"

I had a horrible experience at another hospital last year and arrived at Kings in a state of apprehension. My experience at Kings could not have been more different. The staff here are exceptionally kind and helpful, the waiting times are minimal, the place is clean, and can I say again, because it's the most important bit, the staff are all kind and helpful!! I never felt rushed, I never felt that my questions were stupid, I felt the staff took almost as much pleasure and interest in my pregnancy as I did! - I cannot express how much it has meant to me to have such good care and just wanted to say a big thankyou. You dont know the difference you make.
