"Fantastic service for children at Tameside A&E"

(as a relative),

A special thanks to all the staff at A&E who treated by son about 2 weeks ago. Although the department was very busy with the current sickness bugs, the staff gave a first class service in a hectic working day. The follow-up from the paediatric nurses gave us reassurance too.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to write in with your comments. Whilst I am sorry to learn that your son needed to attend hospital, I am pleased that your experience was positive.

The department has indeed been under a lot of pressure, but they have coped really well and we are very proud of them. I will pass on your comments to the A&E and Paediatric teams – they will be greatly appreciated.
