"how knowledgable and helpful all areas and staff..."

I was referred for a possible dvt and on being assessed it wss discovered i had a blood clot behind the knee.all areas i was assessed in from a and e to the green area to ultrasound and then to ward e55.every member of staff was so pleasant and helpful and discussed everything with me so i felt so at ease.i know its busy in hospitals and i saw some patients getting impatient with wait,however i know how many people where coming and going and they are doing an excellent job and i would like to thank all areas so much
