"A&E and out patient cardiology"

Over the past 6 months or so I have received treatment at Torbay in A&E and then followed up with cardiology out patient appointments. At all times all staff who dealt with me were kind, considerate, respectful, professional, competent and patient. I was well informed about processes and procedures, follow appointments, further communication etc. Everything that I was told would happen, did happen and within the time spans I was given. Both these departments were always busy but this did not effect the attention I was given, I always felt the staff had time for me and that I was treated as an individual. Thank you.
