"Poor experience of Patient Transport Service"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I have had to use the Patient Transport Service over the last three months and I have to say that my experience is a catalogue of missing appointments and no shows.

So far out of 4 uses of the service 1- on time; 2 - lates causing me to miss appointment time; 1 - no show meaning that I missed the procedure, I had battled long and hard to get the appointment and was so frustrated that I carried the procedure out myself (against medical advice).
