ae booking in system requires total over hall this is a apology insult to the nhs service after x ray and wait of 4hours on equirt at reception to be told we where not booked in to system after being told we did not need to be booked in had been referd by gp still not seen or heard results no apology or medical treatment disgusted kingsmill lmember will cancill membership not the first incident
