"The caring nature of the nurses ..."

What I liked

The caring nature of the nurses and HCA's was outstanding and one or two nurses stood out head and shoulders above the rest. I would like to name these so that my comments could go on their personal record, perhaps an appraisal record if you have such a scheme. Being the husband of a retired nurse I know how hard they work and they should be rewarded for their outstanding work.

What could be improved

Cleanliness is always an issue and this could have been improved. Hospitals are definately not as clean as they used to be.
