Referred by my GP I received a voicemail message to contact the eye clinic to arrange an appointment. However this proved impossible as no matter what time of day I rang the clinic the telephone line given went unanswered. In desparation, after several days I was left with no choice but to physically travel to the hospital to make an appointment. A disgraceful and unnacceptable service.
