Regular trips to audiology have been very successful - early appointments, quick service, caring and personal service. In Podiatry dept. Once again early appointments, very little waiting, cheerful and positive approach, carful explanations that inspire confidence, clear treatment programme. In day surgery the appointment came through quickly, I was seen promptly, clear explanations were given and after care was very good. The premises and equipment were spotlessly clean. Overall my experiences have been very positive: unexpectedly good and beyond criticism! Well done, NHS !
