"Lovely staff on Ward 3."

About: Southmead Hospital

My Granmother had a stay with the lovely staff on Ward 3 a couple of months ago now. Before being hospitalized she was in a rather bad state, unsteady and lots of falls, inadequate eating, oozy legs, generaly not taking care of her self atall so its no wonder she got so poorly. She really was rejuvenated after her stay there. Everybody from the Doctors, the Hca's, Nurses and even the Domestic staff were nothing but kind and patient with my Grans demands (Of which I know are many!). I feel they need a great big slap on the back. They treated her so well and kindly knocked so much 'UMPHHH' into her, shes like a new woman. My only worry is maybe she'll start negleting her self again? Just to go back there! :D haha Thank you all ever so much xxx
