What I liked

I was seen very quickly when I visited the Emergency Department, the doctor saw me in less than an hour. The majority of the ED looked very clean.

What could be improved

I was treated by two nurses during my time in the ED and not one of them washed their hands or used alcohol hand rub. Also neither of the nurses introduced themselves to me. I thought that this was VERY poor.
