"Walk in centre."

About: Warwick Hospital

Told I would get results in 5 days after swab taken from my infection after major operation in the walk in centre at Warwick No results contacted my doctor my consultant and his secretary and nobody has any record of my swab test or results. Very concerned on lack of communication and the fact that I was prescribed Penicillin but was told that they might not be the right ones to clear the infection. To date I still don't know whether I still have the infection as it remains slightly red. Apparently there is no record on my hospital notes and nothing on the computer to say I even had a swab test ! This is concerning knowing the hospital had infections on certain wards. There is a problem with communication at Warwick hospital between different departments. My visit to the walk in centre was on the 5th April I was seen by a very nice nurse who said she would be in touch with results after 5 days just to make sure I was on the correct medicine for my infection. It is now the 22nd April and still not heard. Hospital have no record? What is going on.?
