"Impressed"

I had an operation on 19th march at the day surgery unit, the operation being the first of 2 on my shoulders. From the initial appointment with the surgeon and ongoing I am unable to fault the way in which I have been treated. I am terrified of needles and your staff bent over backwards to make the anaesthetic as easy for me as possible. The ward staff were very professional - one in particular was extremely kind. A few days after discharge I had a follow up call from the staff to see how I was. Although nobody likes having surgery I am very confident that my second operation will be as smooth as the first- right down to the neat and tiny incisions left by the surgeon. I would recommend the Ramsey treatment centre to anyone- care & common sense reign there and it works
