"Excellent care in A&E"

Last night my daughter was taken by ambulance to A&E after falling off the climbing wall at mile end, and dislocating her elbow. She was seen immediately and looked after wonderfully by both nurses and doctors. Everything was clearly explained to us, and she was assessed very thoroughly to exclude any other injuries. I felt privileged to be on the receiving end of such excellent care, both from London Ambulance Service, and all the A&E staff. Thank you all.
