"Repeatedly informing my address change and still getting appointments for old address"

Before my son was born and the few visits after he was born I never had faith in the health visitors I met. I found them rude and they told me my son wasn't where he should be on a graph. Undermining me as a parent and convincing me they knew best for my son. I prewarned the health visitor on her last visit that we were moving to Cleckheaton and she said this would be fine as long as I informed them as I would then be under different health visitors. So when the time came, I did as requested. I rang them up, gave them my new address and they said they would pass my details on to Cleckheaton region.

Some couple of months later I received a phone call from them asking why I hadn't used any of their services. I explained that I now lived in Cleckheaton and I don't know of any of the services in this area. So she said she would change my details on the system and send me some information about services in Cleckheaton which never happened.

Now this Saturday just gone a letter arrived at my ex mother in laws saying the health visitor will be visiting this coming Wednesday to do my son's 1 year preassesment when I don't live there and haven't for over 9 months. This was despite me changing and giving my new address twice. So with it been the bank holiday I have rung the Batley head office (which is the only number that works) telling them yet again I do not live at that address. I've provided my present address and the woman on the phone explained she would pass my message on. I don't hold much faith that my son will be getting his pre 1 year assessment seeing as the original appointment is tomorrow and I doubt very much that whoever I spoke to knew what I was talking about in the first place.
