"Awful listening skills!"

About: Bedford Hospital South Wing

One of the bedoc doctors sat and watched my daughter have a possible croup attack and completely dismissed it! This has been going on for 5 weeks and I've now been given 5 different diagnosis and treatment plans! I am absolutely disgusted at how completely uncaring my experience has been the past two times I have bought my daughter in!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Unfortunately, the BEDOC service is not provided by Bedford Hospital; although the service has a base on-site it is run a group of family doctors (GPs) whose practices are in the Bedford area. The doctors work in shifts from the BEDOC Centre to provide medical care for their patients outside of normal surgery hours. There are several routes for making a complaint about BEDOC, including by telephone and by email. You can also complain indirectly via your GP.
