"Excellent experience of ENT Outpatients at William Harvey"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I was contacted on a Thursday to see if I wanted my urgent ENT appointment on either of the following Saturdays. I opted for the next Saturday. I duly arrived and receptionist expecting me and healthcare records there.

Mr Chandra and SN Spurgeon put me at ease and assured me. Very good explanation of what to expect at the appointment and the plans for the future. I am hoping the rest of this "experience" will be as excellent as this part of the journey.
