Phoned 111 to seek help as to where I could take my sister who is visiting me in Sheffield. She has had hip replacement surgery and is staying with me to recuperate. She needed to see a doctor but wasn't poorly enough to need a visit to A&E.
The service we received can only be described as superb. Spoke to a really polite young man who couldn't have been more helpful. Phone call back from a doctor who in turn was both thorough and caring. An out of hours doctor then came out to the house. She was thorough, caring, helpful and efficient.
