"Inpatient for gynae surgery"

I recently underwent major gynae surgery in the Berkshire Independent. As a quality manager in the healthcare sector myslf I am not the easiest of patients to please but would assess the care I received as first rate across the board; the consultation, communication throughout, convenience of booking the surgery, the admission process, all aspects of my two day stay post surgery and the discharge process were well organised, professional and reassuring. The in-patient nursing care was sensitive and caring from all staff I encountered
