"Caring doctor and staff in A&E"

About: Pilgrim Hospital

Was referred by Skegness Urgent Care Unit to A&E Boston (orthopaedic doctor) on Good Friday due to sudden unexplained swelling to my knee. Staff at both Skegness and particularly A&E Boston were extremely kind and professional. The orthopaedic doctor was absolutely brilliant and kept me informed on what was happening and roughly how long things would take. Also thanks to the orthopaedic gentleman who provided my crutches and instructed me in the best way to use them.

Dear Irene

Thank you for taking to time to send through your kind comments regarding A&E at Pilgrim. I am so pleased you had a good experience and I hope that you are on the way to a full recovery.

I have shared your comments with the A&E staff and matron and I know they will be very appreciative of your lovely comments.
