Utterly disraceful. No one listens. They hear what they want to hear. Apparently all GP's are "numptys" according to A and E staff. My mother was given no dignity and was treated as though she had dementia when she definitely does not. The main aim of the ward was to get my mum out of the hospital. I will be taking this further.
