"Dept of Health inspection needed to resolve..."

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

In January 2014, I saw the doctor who was helpful, kind, proactive and interactive. I came away stunned because it could not have been better. Things are now back to normal with one of the Neurology Nurses. Reading these reviews, there are some very distressed posts but the hospital's response is impersonal to the point of nearly seeming robotic. Meanwhile, the nurses working on neurology, including the Clinics, are very nice. But some of the nurse practitioners seem to think they above all that. I've had 2 years of a Nurse Practitioner being nasty, patronising, absolutely toxic. It stops now, I've had enough.
