What I liked
Day Surgery Unit staff were very kind, despite being a very busy unit. The theatre team were also professional, yet used gentle banter (much appreciated) to help me relax for anaesthetic...
What could be improved
Sorting out the post op physio. The physio team were great and I valued their input tremendously...but trying to organise it seemed a logistcal nightmare.
