"My Stay At North Downs Hospital"

When I arrived at the hospital the first impression was very reassuring, I was introduced to a Nurse I was given her name straight away and was informed she would be looking after me and taking me to my room. When I got to my room I was shown where everything was and was informed if I needed anything to just call. I was then introduced to another nurse, I also see my Dr who was going to be carrying out my op along with others.They all made me feel relaxed, and kept me well informed. I went down to have my op, when returning to my room I was monitored I was in a lot of pain and sick. In no time at all a Dr came to see me, and arranged for a ant-sickness injection, and a pain killer . My partner was allowed to stay with me the whole time apart from the going for my op. Excellent communication, clean, friendly staff. I can honestly say I could not of been treated any better. No one likes going into hospitals however if ever I needed to this is the hospital I would recommend and want to be at.
