"Treatment for Sleep Apnoea."

Once I had been suspected of having sleep Apnoea, My GP took away my driving license, and I was completely at the mercy of this centre to get me treated, and back to working. I was very pleased the diagnosis was quick, the treatment handed out and I was back on the road within 12 weeks of my diagnosis. Staff were friendly and sympathetic. If I would give one piece of feedback, I think a junior person was put on reception, and I was trying to get some results over the phone. She didnt know how to handle this, and seemed quite unsympathetic. I understand everyone has to train, but it wasnt until I called back that I got the answers I was looking for. Hey its 2014 - why cant I get a secure email explaining my results ?? Surely its possible nowadays :) Thanks though guys. You are a great example of why we have the best health care system in the world !!
