About: Lister Hospital

The staff in the EPU were all friendly and very helpful however with a place that seemed to have more staff than patience I did have to wait for a very long time (at least an hour) to be seen initially and then a further half hour to be seen again. Then there was general confusion as to why I was there for a scan a week later so I had to explain again why I was there to the nurse that had my file in front of her slightly worrying but they were all really lovely and understanding and I had follow up phone calls which was good to know they do care!
