I have just called the Health Centre on behalf of my brother and was unfortunate enough to speak to the man who I am told is the practice manager there. What an absolute disgraceful way to speak to anyone. This person needs some lessons in Customer Service. He was rude, didn't listen, unsympathetic and couldn't wait to get me off the phone when I am dealing with a very poorly man here and needed advice about his medication. I will be raising this as a formal complaint with the GP when I see him next week and Greater Glasgow Health Authority.
